RETURNS & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution Policy - The florist, namely, 'Lullabelles Floristry' operates a substitution policy. As such, all perishable items are subject to the florist choice. This means the flowers/colours in your arrangement will be chosen by your personal florist. If you require specific flowers or colours, please call 07510 206 812 or fill out our contact form.
Refund Policy - It's very unlikely that you would be unhappy with the service or item(s) received, but if you feel you haven't received excellent service or products, do call in the first instance, or email via the contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Lullabelles Floristry reserves the right to deny a refund on said items after that period.
(Please note: If you need to cancel an order, please provide notice as a cancellation fee will apply. Cancelling on short notice means you won't receive a refund and will need to place a new order.)
When notifying me, please send a photo of the goods in question.
All items require care and attention.
If it is deemed that the flowers have not been cared for after delivery, then it is unlikely that a refund will be processed. Given all the facts and circumstances a full or partial refund may be issued or, if chosen to exchange your item, we will aim to deliver the next working day (excluding holidays).
(Please note: Keep in mind that after you remove your flowers from their original packaging, Lullabelles can no longer take responsibility for them. Your care choices can influence their longevity, so please handle them with care.)
